The length and breadth of a rectangular plot and land are 40m and 25m. The cost of fencing is rs.50 per m.what is the total cost of fencing plot??

Given - length (l)= 40m
breadth (b)= 25 m
cost of fencing per m = 50rs.

To find - total cost of fencing

solutions -

Area of rectangular plot = l×b = 40 × 25
= 600m

fencing of whole plot = 50 × 600
=Rs. 30000

Therefore total cost of fencing the plot is
Rs. 30000
