2x is the breadth
so, 2(l+b)=perimeter
2(l+b)*12.5=fencing cost
2(5x+2x)*12.5=2(7x)*12.5
=14x*12.5

14x*12.5=25000
x=25000/(14*12.5)
x=25000/175
x=142.85
5x=142.85*5
2x=142.85*2
