Length = 5.2m
= 520cm

Breadth = 1.4 m
= 140cm

Area = l × b
= 520 × 140
= 72800 cm^2

Area of tiles = 13 × 7
= 91 cm^2

No. of tiles required =
Area of room/Area of tiles

= 72800/91

= 800

Therefore, 800 tiles are required to cover the room.

Hope it helps.

area of rectangular room = (1.4)(5.2)

= 7.28 m²

area of tiles= 13×7= 91cm²

required tiles= 72800cm²/91cm²

= 800
800 tiles requires for the cover room
