Given length is to breadth=3:2
let the measures be 3y and 2y
given area=726m^2
ie;3y*2y=726
ie;6y^2=726
therefore y^2=726/6
                     =121
Therefore y=root of 121
                  =11
therefore 2y=22
                3y=33
perimeter=2(l+b)
               =2*(33+22)
               =2*55
               =110m

let the length and breadth be 3x and 2x.
762m^2=2[3x+2x]
762m^2=2[5x]
762m^2=10x
x=762/10
x=7.62m
3x=22.86m
2x=15.24m
