Let the length and breadth be 5x and 3x
Ar. of the rectangle=l×b
⇒3.75 hectares=5x×3x
⇒3.75×10000m=15x²
⇒37500=15x²
⇒37500/15=x²
⇒2500=x²
x=√(2500)
x=50
hence the length=5x=5×50=250m
breath=3x=3×50=150m
Perimeter of the field=2(l+b)
=2(250m+150m)
=2×400m
=800m
Cost of fencing 1m=5 ruppess
Cost of fencing 800m=800×5 ruppess
=4000 ruppess
