let the length be 4x and breadth be 3x
then perimeter= 4x +4x +3x +3x=14x=280
X=20
so the length=80 and the breadth= 60
area =80*60=4800
cost=4800*1.25
then perimeter= 4x +4x +3x +3x=14x=280
