area=3456 sq.m
let length be 3x,let breadth be2x.
area=l *b
3456=3x*2x
3456=6x sq
x sq.=3456/6
x sq.=576
(576 is the square root of 24)
x=24m
3x=24*3=72m
2x=24*2=48m
(for fencing perimeter is must)
P=2(l+b)
P=2(72+48)
P=2(120)
P=2*120=240
P=240m
cost of fencing = 2.50msq
cost= 2.50×240
cost = rs600
