if the the length and breadth of the rectangle are 4x m and 3x m.
then ,
4x × 3x = 4800
or, 12 x^2 = 4800
or, x^2 = 400
or, x= 20
so the length is 4×20=80 m and the breadth is 3×20= 60 m
then the cost will be (80×280)=22400 rupees
