So, area of rectangle intially is lb.

If length increased by 10% then new length will be 1.1l and if breadth increased by 15% then new breadth is 1.15b then

Again the length was decreased by 20% so new length will be 0.88l and breadth remains same as 1.15b

So, new area will be 0.88l*1.15b = 1.012 lb.
