( {40}^{2} ) + ( {x}^{2} ) =  {41}^{2}
1600+x^2=1681
X*X=81
X=9
Width =9

Perimeter =18+80=98

length(a)=40 , diagonal(b)=41 ,using pythagoras theorem : b^2-a^2=c^2 ;c=breadth. therefore c=9 
perimeter = 2(9+40)=98
