According to question

Length be 1x+2 cm

Breadth be 2x+3 cm

Next perimeter is 4/3

Then, 1x+2 cm /2x+3 cm = 4/3

By cross multiplication we have

3 (1x+2) = 4(2x+3)

3x+6 = 8x + 12

6-12 = 8x-3x

-6 = 5x

X = -6/5

Hope this answer is correct
