As we know
area of rectangle = l × b
So
==> 3456 = 3x × 2x
==> 3456 = 6x2
==> 3456 / 6 = x2
==> 576 = x2
==> x = 24
Hence length = 72m and breadth = 48m

Perimeter = Circumference
==> 2 ( l + b )
==>2 ( 72 + 48 )
==> 2 × 120
==> 240m
Cost of fencing = 240 × 2.50 = Rs 600
