Let the meet of ratio be x. 

Since Perimeter of rectangular field = 2(l+b)

=) 108m = 2(5x+4x)

=) 108m = 2*9x

=) 108m / 18 = x

=) x = 6m.

Hence length = 5x = 5*6m
= 30m and 
Breadth = 4x = 4*6m
= 24m.

As we know

perimeter=2(l+b)

:108=2(5x+4x)

108=2(9x)

108=18x
6=x

so therefore

length =5x
=5*6 >> 30
