Length = 260m

Breadth=130m

area of rectangle= L×B

                             = 260 × 130

                             = 33800 m

in hectares:-  33800÷10000= 3.38 hectares

in ares :- 33800 ÷  100 = 338 ares

Its area is 3.38 hectares.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Length of rectangular field = 260 m

Breadth of rectangular field = 130 m

So, Area of rectangular field would be

length\times breadth\\\\=260\times 130\\\\=33800\ m^2

As we know that

1 hectare = 10000\ m^2

So, Area in hectares would be

\dfrac{33800}{10000}=3.38\ hectares

Hence, its area is 3.38 hectares.
