let the length and breadth be 3x and 2x

__________________________________________

length=150m=3x

3x=150m

x=150/3m

x=50 m

____________________________________________

breadth=2x

=2*50=100m

_____________________________________________

now area=100*150=15000m²

1 hectare =10000m²

so,15000m²=1.5 hectare

Answer:

1.5 hectare

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given that the length and the breadth of a rectangular garden are in the ratio of 3:2.

Let the ratio be x

So, Length = 3x

Breadth = 2x

No w we are given that the length of rectangular garden is 150 m

So, 3x = 150

x = \frac{150}{3}

x = 50

So, Breadth = 2x = 2\times 50 = 100 m

Area of rectangular garden = Length \times Breadth

                                             = 150 \times 100

                                             = 15000m^2

1m^2 = 0.0001 hectare

So, 15000m^2 =15000 \times 0.0001 hectare

15000m^2 =1.5 hectare

Hence the area of rectangular garden is 1.5 hectare.
