Given :
- Length = 500 m
- Breadth = 300 m
- Cost = ₹ 10,000
To find :
- Its area
- The cost of the land
Solution :
Area of Rectangular Field = l × b
= 500 × 300 m²
= 150000 m²
∴ Area of Rectangular Field is 150000 m².
Cost of Land = Area × Rate
= 150000 × 10,000
= ₹ 1500000000
∴ Cost of Land is ₹ 1500000000.
