The length and the Breadth of a rectangular piece of land are 500 m and 300 m respectively. Find :

Length of rectangular land = l = 500m

Breadth of rectangular land = b = 300m

Now,

(i) Area of land = l×b

=500×300

=150000sq.m

(ii) Cost of 1 sq. m of land = 10,000/-

Cost of 1,50,000 sq. m = 10,000×1,50,000

= Rs. 1,50,00,00,000
