4x×3x=300
12x²=300
x²=300/12
x²=25
x=5
length=4x=4×5=20cm
width=3x=3×5=15cm
perimeter=2(l+b)=2(20+15)=40+30=70cm
now multiply it by the height of the wall
70×112=7840cm²
now multiply it by the rate
=7840×1.8
=14112rs
