The length and width of the rectangle are "41 cm and 43 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

We have,

The perimeter of a rectangle = 168cm

Let length(l) = x and breadth(b) =x+2

To find, the length and width of the triangle = ?

We know that,

The perimeter of rectangle =2(Length + Breadth)

2[x+(x+2)]=168

x+(x+2)=\dfrac{168}{2} =84

2x+2=84

2x = 84-2 =82

x=\dfrac{82}{2} =41

∴ x + 2 = 41 + 2 = 43 cm

Hence, the length and width of the rectangle are 41 cm and 43 cm.
