as length and width are consecutive odd integers then let the length of it be x

and as from condition

width=x+2

as perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

thus 2(l+b)=168

l+b=84

putting values of length and width we get

x+x+2=84

2x=82

x=41

thus length =41cm

and width=x+2=43cm
