Let the length be 3x and breadth be 2x as they are in the ratio 3 : 2.

Given that perimeter = 100

We know that perimeter of rectangle = 2(l + b)

=> 2(3x + 2x) = 100

=> 2(5x) = 100

=> 10x = 100

=> x = 100/10

=> x = 10

So, length = 3x = 3(10) = 30 cm

Breadth = 2x = 2(10) = 20 cm.

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

=> area = 30 × 20

=> area = 600 cm²

Answer :- 600 cm²

P=2(l+b)
100=2(3x+2x)
100=2*5x
x=10
l=3*10=30
b=2*10=20
area =l*b
=30*20
=600cm2
