Let the length,breadth,height be
19x , 11x and 13x respectively..

now according to the question length is 30 cm more the height..
which means,

19x = 30 + 13x
19x - 13x = 30
6x = 30
x = 5
......................................
Now put x in the lenght,breadth & height that we let above..

length = 19x
= (19)(5)
=95 cm
Breadth = 11x
= (11)(5)
=55 cm
Height = 13x
= (13)(5)
=65 cm

Now,for the volume..
we know that..
volume of cuboid =(length)(breadth)(height)

=(95)(55)(65) cubic cm
=339625 cubic cm
