volume of bricks is 2000 cm
volume water is 129400+2000 = 131400
volume in rise is 131400-129600 = 1800 cm^3

rise is 1800 / ( length * breadth ) =1800/18000 = 0.1 cm
ANS : rise in level of water = 0.1 cm
