 area \: of \: door = 3 \times 1.5 = 4.5 {m}^{2} \\ total \: surface \: area \: of \: hall \: = 2(lb + bh + lh) \\ = 152 {m}^{2} \\ area \: of \: remaining \: portion \: = 152 {m}^{2} - 4.5 {m}^{2} = 147.5 {m}^{2}
