Answer: (i) 102.2 m²

              (ii) 112 tiles

Step-by-step explanation:

length: 9m

breadth: 5.6m

height: 3.5m

(i) area of four walls = 2(3.5  × 9 + 3.5 × 5.6)

= 2(31.5+19.6)

=102.2 m²

(ii) area of the floor = 9 × 5.6 = 50.4 m²

and area of tile = 0.9 × 0.5 = 0.45 m²

number of tiles required is 50.4 ÷ 0.45 = 112 tiles
