Breadth of room = 4 m

Height of room = 3 m

Then,

We know that room is Cuboidal in shape. And,

Lateral surface of cuboid = 2(l + b)×h =

= 2(5 + 4)×3

= 18 × 3

= 54 m^2

Also,

Total surface of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + lh)

= 2 (20 + 12 + 15)

= 2(47)

= 94 m^2
