Length = 5 m

Breadth = 4 m

Area of ceiling = L×B

= 5×4

= 20 m²

Rate of whitewashing the ceiling

= ₹12 per m²

Cost = 12×20

= ₹240

Height = 3m

Area of 4 walls = 2H(L+B)

= 2×3(5+4)

= 6×9 = 54 m²

Rate of whitewashing the 4 walls

= ₹10 per m²

Cost = 10×54

= ₹540
