Answer:

a) Capacity of water tank is it's volume

volume= lbh

5*2*1.5 = 15m^3

b) 15-8.5 = 6.5m^3

c) SI unit of volume is m^3(metre cube)

Hi buddy! Mark me as the brainliest.

Answer:

a) The volume of tank = 15 cubic metres.

b)The volume of water remaining in the tank= 6.5 cubic metres.

c) The SI unit of volume is cubic metre.

Explanation:

a) The volume of tank= Length×Breadth×Height

                             = 5×2×1.5

                             = 10×1.5

                             = 15 m³

b)The volume of water remaining in the tank= Volume of the tank - volume of the water used.

=15m³-8.5m³

= 6.5 m³

c) Volume= Length×Breadth×Height

Since the SI unit of length is metre,

Volume=metre×metre×metre= m³.
