Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of cuboid = length × breadth × height

Volume of cube = side^3

Volume of cuboid = volume of cube

64 × 32 × 16 = side^3

16 × 4 × 16 × 2 × 16 = side^3

side^3 = 16 × 16 ×16 × 8

side = 16 × 2

= 32 cm

The side of the cube is 32 cm.
