Breadth = 8 m

Height = 6 m

Area of 4 walls of room = 2(L + B) × H

Area of 4 walls of room = 2(10 m + 8 m) × 6 m

Area of 4 walls of room = 2 × 18 m × 6 m

Area of 4 walls of room = 216 m²

Area of 2 doors = 2 × 2 × 1.5 = 6 m²

Area of 3 windows = 3 × 1.5 × 1 = 4.5 m²

Area of walls excluding doors and windows = 216 - 6 - 4.5 = 205.5 m²

Cost of painting the walls = 180 × 205.5 = ₹36990
