the length,breadth,height and depth of a pond are 20.5 m, 16 m and 8 m respectively. find the capacity of the pond in litres

Volume of the pond,

= length × breadth × height

= 20.5m × 16m × 8m

= 2624m³

1m³ = 1000 litres

Therefore capacity of the pond,

2624 × 1000 litres = 2624000 litres or 2624 kilo litres.
