A cuboid has 6 faces

Surface area of top and bottom = 2 ( Length x Breadth)

Surface area of top and bottom = 2 ( 5 x 3)

Surface area of top and bottom = 30 cm²

Surface area of the left and right = 2 (Length x Height)

Surface area of the left and right = 2 (5 x 1)

Surface area of the left and right = 10 cm²

Surface area of the front and back = 2 (breath x Height)

Surface area of the front and back = 2 (3 x 1)

Surface area of the front and back = 6 cm²

Total surface area = 30 + 10 + 6 = 46 cm²

Answer: The total surface area is 46 cm²
