Given,

length, l = 4x
breadth, b = 2x
height, h = x
Area = 1372m^2

T.S.A of cuboid = 2(lb+bh+hl)

Put in formula.......

1372 = 2(4x \times 2x + 2x \times x + x \times 4x)

 \frac{1372}{2} = 8 {x}^{2} + 2 {x}^{2} + 4 {x}^{2}

686 = 14 {x}^{2}

 \frac{686}{14} = {x}^{2}
 {x}^{2} = 49

x = \sqrt{49}

x = 7

Length , l = 4x = 4×7 = 28m

Breadth, b = 2x=2×7 = 14m

Height, h = x = 7m
