the length of each side is 20 cm

payal2637: can you tell me the process
shreya15929: you take, the formula hypotenuse square is equal to opposite square plus adjacent square
shreya15929: you will get, 800 equals 2x power 2
shreya15929: 400 equals 2x
shreya15929: Sry
shreya15929: I am wrong in calculation

Let ABC be a triangle,
in which hypotenuse = 800cm^2
AB^2=BC^2+AC^2
800=BC^2+BC^2 (BC=AC)
800=2BC^2
400=BC^2
√400=BC
BC=20cm

So other two sides of triangle are 20cm each
