Answer ⇒ The pole strength of the bar magnet is 1.02 × 10⁻² Am.

Explanation ⇒ Using the formula,

Intensity of Magnetization (I) = Magnetic moment/Volume.

∴ I = M/Volume.

∴ M = I × Volume.

∴ pole strength × length of bar magnet = I × Area of cross-section × Length of bar magnet.

∴ Pole strength = 102 × 10⁻⁴

∴ m = 1.02 × 10⁻² Am

Hence, the pole strength of the bar magnet is 1.02 × 10⁻² Am.

Hope it helps.
