Given:-

  • Length ,l = 20 cm

  • Breadth ,b = 15 cm

  • Height ,h = 1 cm

To Find:-

  • Volume of 15 Books

Solution:-

As we know that

Volume of Cuboid = l×b×h

Substitute the value we get

→ Volume = 20×15 × 1

→ Volume = 300 cm³

Therefore volume of 1 book is 300 cm³.

Now Volume of 15 books = 15 × 300

= 4500cm³

Therefore , the required answer is 4500cm³.

Additional Information!!

• Area of Square = Side × Side

• Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

• Area of Rhombus = 1/2 × d1 × d2

here

d1 is the 1st diagonal of Rhombus

d2 is the second diagonal of Rhombus

• Area of Parallelogram = Base × Height

• Perimeter of Square = 4 × Side

• Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 (Length + Breadth)

• Area of Triangle = 1/2 × base × height

• Perimeter of triangle = Sum if their sides

• Circumference of Circle = 2πr

where,

π = 22/7

r is the radius of Circle
