let width of rectangle be = x cm

then length = x + 8 cm

perimeter = 66

2(l+b)=66

l+b=33

x+x+8=33

2x=25

x=12.5 cm

let,
breadth of the rectangle = b cm
it is given that length = 8+b cm
perimeter = 66 cm

perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l+b)
66 cm = 2( 8+b + b )
66 cm = 2( 8+ 2b)
66÷2 = 8 + 2b
33 = 8 + 2b
33 - 8 = 2b
25 = 2b
25 ÷ 2 = b
12.5 cm = b
{if needed
length = 8 + 12.5
length = 20.5cm}

therefore , breadth = 20.5 cm

HO0E SO THIS MUST BE THE ANSWER....
