Area of four walls (including the door) = 100 + 8 = 108 m2

108 = 2(l + b)h

108 = 2(2b + b) 3

108 = 6(3b)

= 3b

18 = 3b

b = 6 m

l = 12 m

Volume = l *b *h = 12 *6 *3 = 216 m3
