The length of a cuboid is twice its width. The width is one-third of the height. If the height is 15 cm, what is the volume of the cuboid?

The dimensions of match box are 4 cm×2.5 cm×1.5 cm

∴ length =4 cm

breadth =2.5 cm

height =1.5 cm

Now,

Volume of = length × breadth × height

One match box =4 cm×2.5 cm×1.5 cm

=15 cm

∴ Volume of one match box =15 cm

⇒ Volume of 12 match boxes +12× Volume of one match box

=12×15 cm
