The length of each side is 10 cm.
Reason: The diagonals of a rhombus bisect each other.
Therefore 16/2 and 12/2 give us the base and height of one of the four triangles that are formed.
Then by using Pythagorean Theorem :
6^2 +8^2= hypotenuse ^2. ( length of one side)
=36+64= 100
= 10cm
But all sides of rhombus are equal :. All sides are 10cm
