The length of a hall is 20 metre and breadth 6 metre how many tiles of length 15 cm and 8cm will be required to fix on its floor

               cm^2 refers to  cm square

                                                         breadth of hall=6m

                       area=l*b

                               =20 *6

                                =120m^2

length of tile=15 cm

breadth of tile=8cm

area =l*b

        =15*8

        =120cm^2

convert 120m^2 to cm^2

     that is 12000cm^2

number of tiles required=12000cm^2/120cm^2

                                         =100 tiles
