The length of a lever of class I is  3.6M . Calculate the mechanical advantage of the lever if it's fulcrum is located at a distance of 120cm from the effort​

Answer:

Length of the Lever = 3.6m = 360cm

Effort arm = 120cm

Load arm= (360-120)

                =240cm

Therefore, mechanical advantage= Effort arm/Load arm

                                                        = 120/240cm

                                                        = 0.5 cm(Ans)
