LET BREADTH BE x
implies length = 2.5+x
perimeter of a parallelogram=2(l+b)
implies 2(2.5+x+x)=51
         2(2.5+2x)=51
            5+4x=51
                4x=46
        x=46/4=11.5m
     2.5+x=14m
   :. the sides are 14m,11.5m,14m,11.5m

length = 2.5+ adjacent side

let, adjacent side= x

perimeter of parallelogram =2( sum of two non parallel sides)
51= 2(2.5+x+x)
51 = 2(2.5+2x)
25.5= 2.5+ 2x
23 = 2x
x= 11.5

side of parallelogram are
x= 11.5m
length = 2.5+ 11.5
= 14m
