The playground occupies 1/3 of the plot

The area of the plot = 3x100

                                = 300 m^2

4x(x) = 300

4x^2 = 300

x^2 = 75

x = root 75

x = = 8.66 m

The length of the plot = 4x

                                   = 4x8.66

                                   = 34.64 m
