Pole painted red = $\frac{1}{3}$
Pole painted green = $\frac{1}{4}$
Therefore,
Pole blue = $\frac{11}{2}$ - $\frac{1}{3}$ - $\frac{1}{4}$
              = $\frac{66}{12}$ - $\frac{4}{12}$ - $\frac{3}{4}$
              = $\frac{66-4-3}{12}$
              = $\frac{59}{12}$
