Step-by-step explanation:

let breath of rectangle = a cm

a cmand length = (4+a) cm

its new breath = (a+3)cm

= (a+3)cmand its new leagth = (4+a+3)cm

=(a+7)cm

therefore;

(a+7)(a+3) = (4+a)a+81

a^2+3a+7a+21 = 4a+a^2+81

10a+21 = 4a+81

10a-4a = 81-21

6a = 60

a = 10

length = 10 cm

breadth = 14 cm
