45.Let the breadth be X
and length will be X+6
area of the rectangle =l×b
=x×(X+6)
=x square +6x cm square

length and breadth increased by 4 cm
length=X+6+4 or X+10
breadth =X+4
area of the rectangle = l×b
= (x+4)(X+10)
x square +10x+4x+40
according to question
(x square+10x+4x+40)-(X square+6x)= 360
x square+14x+40-x square-6x=360
7x=360-40
7x=320
x=320/7
x=45.71
length X=45.71
breadth X+6=45.71+6=51.71
