Step-by-step explanation:

let the breadth of rectangle be x

the length be x+4

area=length × breadth=x(x+4)

now length and breadth are each is increased by 3cm

new length=(x+4)+3=x+7

new breadth=x+3

now area =x square +10x+21= (x s quare +4x)+ 81

10x_4x=81-21

6x=60

×=60/6= 10 cm

therefore length = 10+4=14cm

breadth=10cm

hope this will help u dear☺
