as per the given condition,

let the length be x + 4

let the breath be x

as per new rectangle,

let the length be x+4+3

let the breath be x+3

therefore,

area = length * breat 81=(x+4+3)(x+3)

81=x^2+4x+3x+ 3x+12+9 81=x^2+10x+21

x^2+10x-60=0
