the previous rectangle area

=(x+4)x

=x^2+4x

the next rectangle area

=(x+4+3)(x+3)

=x^2+10x+21

ATQ

x^2+10x+21-(x^2+4x) = 81

x^2+10x+21-x^2-4x = 81

6x = 60

x= 10

l =14

b=10
